Rent Collection X ✔️ We provide mutiple forms of payments in order to make sure we collect rent from tenants, they are able pay online with credit or debit card, bank account and even cash payments at CVS, 7 eleven among other convinience stores.
Security Deposit Handling X ✔️ We'll handle all security deposit disposition responsibilities making necessary deductions and processing returns or disputes.
Financial Reporting  X ✔️ We use the most comprehensive property management software to manage financial reporting. providing monthly and year end accounting for your property.
ACH Owner Payments X ✔️ We send your money directly to your bank account by the 15th day of each month.
Move In/Move Out Assessment X ✔️ We conduct ocular inspections at move-in and move-out.

Setup Fee X $199 One time payment that applies to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, by providing all introductory communications and coordinating an initial meeting at the property with the property manager. We also have the tenant set-up in our online portal system, as well as, updating the contact information for the HOA.
Owner Requested Inspection $175 $149 If you, as the owner, request an inspection outside our standard scope.
Lease Renewal X $299 We strive for tenant retention and will conduct an ocular inspection prior to extending a lease renewal to tenants who have demonstrated on-time rent payments, adherence to the lease, and proper maintenance of the property
